Angelo’s Wild Kitchen brings wholesome, wild cooking into the homes of everyone. His simple, user-friendly recipes are the perfect beginning to a wilder, more holistic approach to food and cooking. There are plenty of gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options within each section of the book and the emphasis is on healthy, wholesome, stress-free food that heals and nourishes your body, mind, soul, and the environment.
Angelo Georgalli is the man behind The Game Chef, a successful, international television series and 2016’s cookbook of the same name. His down-to-earth back-to-basics, great-outdoors style of cooking has taken him from successful cafes and delis like The Fridge in Auckland to the beautiful wilderness of the Cardrona Valley near Queenstown and Wanaka in the South Island. His passion for wild foods, foraging, and eating as naturally, freshly and locally as possible is reflected in his new cookbook.
